Abstract:
A five-axis linkage 3D printer, relating to the field of 3D printers. A base material driving unit in the device is used for driving and controlling a base material to rotate on a base; a nozzle driving unit is used for controlling the position of a nozzle of the 3D printer in the horizontal and vertical directions; a scanning unit is used for scanning and photographing a motion trajectory of the base material, and transmitting the motion trajectory information to an electric control system; the electric control system is used for collecting information of the scanning unit and controlling the movement of the nozzle driving unit and the base material driving unit. According to the device, the position of the nozzle can be accurately controlled in the X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis directions; moreover, a rotary table is placed inside a groove of the base, and a trapezoidal swing arm is used, so that the rotation center is lower than the rotation center of the swing arm, the height of the rotary table is reduced, the overall height of the driving device is thus reduced, and the cost is also reduced.
