Abstract:
A five-jaw self-centering clamping fixture, comprising a bottom plate (1) and clamping components. The clamping component comprises a rotating disc base (2), a rotating disc (3), a compression component (4), and a push component (5). The bottom plate (1) is provided with a recessed portion (6) where the rotating disc base (2) is mounted. A through placement hole (7) of a product (6) is provided above the recessed portion (6). Several support convex platforms (8) matching the product (6) are disposed on an inner wall of the placement hole (7). The rotating disc base (2) is provided with an annular groove (9). The rotating disc (3) is rotatably connected in the annular groove (9), and is located between the bottom plate (1) and the rotating disc base (2). Five guide grooves (10) are provided on the bottom of the recessed portion (6). The guide grooves (10) are slidably connected to a chuck (11). A stub (12) is connected on the bottom of the chuck (11). The rotating disc (3) is provided with five trajectory slots (13). The stub (12) is slidably connected in the trajectory slot (13). The five-jaw self-centering clamping fixture is simple in structure, and is convenient to operate. First, the placed product is pre-positioned by using the clamping component; next, the rotating disc is pushed by the push component to rotate, and the chuck moves inwards under the function of the trajectory slot to clamp the protrusions around a lock cover so as to clamp and position the product.
