The invention provides a fixation frame, a battery module, and a battery pack. The fixation frame comprises a frame body having a surrounded inner space; and at least one heat conduction plate fixed to the frame body and dividing the inner space of the frame body so as to form, together with the frame body, two accommodation portions having openings at two opposite sides in a thickness direction of the frame body. Side surfaces of the corresponding heat conduction plate forming each of the accommodation portions form protrusions, each of the protrusions being located in respective accommodation portions and protruding towards the openings of the respective accommodation portions in the thickness direction of the frame body. The battery module comprises two secondary batteries and the fixation frame. Each of the secondary batteries is accommodated at a corresponding accommodation portion, fixed to a side of a corresponding heat conduction plate, and contacts a corresponding protrusion. The battery pack comprises a plurality of the battery modules arranged side by side. Thus, an effective buffer for the expansion of the secondary batteries is provided, and the use of compressible elastic materials is not required, eliminating problems such as difficulty in choosing materials, high costs, multiple processes, and poor precision, which result from the use of compressible elastic materials.
