Abstract:
A fixed chuck threaded adjustable suspended sliding blade chamfering device, comprising a chuck connecting sleeve (4), a cutter clamping and adjusting sleeve (3), and a sliding chamfering cutter (5); the chuck connecting sleeve (4) and a cutter chuck (1) are fixedly connected, and the cutter clamping and adjusting sleeve (3) can freely move and be fixed in the chuck connecting sleeve (4). The fixed chuck threaded adjustable suspended sliding blade chamfering device may be used with a variety of types of machine tool cutter; during use there is no need to change the cutter and vary the working standards, and main body machining and chamfering can be synchronously performed in one step, greatly improving machining efficiency; use is convenient, the structure is reliable, and the economic benefits are evident.
