Abstract:
A fixed combined frog, comprising: a wing rail group, comprising a first wing rail (101) and a second wing rail (102) arranged at an interval; a core rail (105) located between the first wing rail (101) and the second wing rail (102); a fork heel rail comprising a first fork heel rail (106) and a second fork heel rail (107) arranged at an interval; and an inset block group comprising a first inset block (103) fixedly connected to the inner side of the first wing rail (101) and a second inset block (104) fixedly connected to the inner side of the second wing rail (102), the first inset block (103) and the second inset block (104) being disposed at opposite sides of the first wing rail (101) and the second wing rail (102) between the throat (109) of the wing rail group and a preset position. The first inset block (103) and the second inset block (104) each comprise a middle main body section and extension sections at both ends of the main body section, a rail head width of the extension section of the first inset block (103) gradually narrowing from an end at the main body section to a free end, a height thereof gradually becoming lower than the first wing rail (101), a rail head width of the extension section of the second inset block (104) gradually narrowing from an end at the main body section to a free end, and a height thereof gradually becoming lower than the second wing rail (102). The surface of the first inset block (103) attached to and in contact with a rail head side surface of the first wing rail (101) has a preset slope toward the second wing rail (102), and there is a preset gap between the first inset block (103) and the upper jaw of the first wing rail (101). The first inset block (103) is attached to the lower jaw and a rail limb side surface of the first wing rail (101). The surface of the second inset block (104) attached to and in contact with a rail head side surface of the second wing rail (102) has a preset slope toward the first wing rail (101), and there is a preset gap between the second inset block (104) and the upper jaw of the second wing rail (102). The second inset block (104) is attached to the lower jaw and a rail limb side surface of the second wing rail (102). The combined frog improves stress conditions for the inset blocks, which makes the inset blocks and wing rail structure stable and unlikely to move when a train passes, and enhances the robustness and stress strength of the rail head of the inset block.
