Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of wall-climbing robot devices. Disclosed is a fixed-point steering system for a cleaning robot, comprising a steering engine assembly. The steering engine assembly comprises a steering engine support and a steering engine main body; the steering engine main body is fixedly connected inside the steering engine support; a steering engine rocker arm used in cooperation with the steering engine main body is rotatably connected to the outer side of the steering engine support. The present invention has the beneficial effects: the steering engine assembly, a guide assembly, a suction cup positioning assembly and a vacuum assembly are provided, so that the cleaning coverage of the robot is increased, the adaptability to a complex environment is improved, completely autonomous driving is achieved, a stable cleaning effect is maintained, and the cleaning efficiency is greatly improved; in addition, a first suction cup is not required to lift up the entire robot body, such that the total weight of the robot body would not be pressed on the first suction cup, thereby avoiding hidden cracks caused by an increase in the pressure of the first suction cup on a photovoltaic panel; furthermore, a high-torque motor does not need to be additionally provided to lift up the robot body, such that it is guaranteed that a steering mechanism is simple, reliable, small in size and low in power consumption.
