Abstract:
Disclosed is a fixed position stop support system that improves precision in stopping in accordance with the state of a moving body. The fixed position stop support system comprises a deceleration pattern storage unit that stores a deceleration pattern that stops the moving body, a parameter storage unit (20) that stores deceleration parameters that contain deceleration information designed on a per brake notch basis and geometric information of a path of motion for each respective position upon the path, a position detection unit (30) that detects the current position and the current deceleration of the moving body, a characteristic estimation unit (40) that adds geometric information for the position to the actual deceleration, decrements the designed deceleration of a brake notch being operated, and finds a compensation value for the brake notch deceleration, and a notch selection unit (50) that selects the brake notch that has the estimated deceleration that causes the position-speed relationship to approach the deceleration pattern on the basis of the current position, the current speed, and the compensation value on the per brake notch basis.
