A fixed pressing block and an air conditioning unit. The fixed pressing block (100) comprises a pressing block body (10); the pressing block (10) is provided with a first end part (11) and a second end part (12) opposite to each other; an elongated through hole (20) and an elongated accommodating slot (30) which are communicated are provided in the pressing block body (10); the elongated accommodating slot (30) is provided with a first slot part (31) proximate to the first end part (11) and a second slot part (32) proximate to the second end part (12); a blocking structure is provided in the elongated accommodating slot (30) and is used for blocking a flange (320) of a mounting fitting (300) from linearly sliding from the second slot part (32) to the first slot part (31). The fixed pressing block (100) has two mounting states, that is, a retracted state in which the pressing block body (10) is retracted to a target body, and an extended state in which one end of the pressing block body (10) extends out of the target body; when the fixed pressing block is switched to the extended state, the target body can be mounted on the whole machine by means of the fixed pressing block, and when the fixed pressing block is switched to the retracted state, attractiveness of the target body is ensured. The switching process is convenient and fast, and the mounting is also convenient.
