Abstract:
Disclosed is a fixed-size chamfering device, comprising locking screws (1), a chamfering round sleeve (2), blades (5), a blade groove (6), guide lugs (7) and threaded holes (8). The chamfering round sleeve (2) is fixed by screwing the locking screws (1) in the threaded holes (8) so as to be locked in a drill bit chip groove (4). The guide lugs (7) are in a clearance fit with the drill bit chip groove (4). The guide lugs (7) are spirally and axially led in along the drill bit chip groove (4). The blades (5) are fixed within the blade groove (6). The cutting edges of the blades (5) project into the drill bit chip groove (4) on a drill bit (3).
