Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fixed snow measuring plate, the snow measuring plate being characterized by being fixed to the ground, and disposed on the ground in such a manner that the snow measuring plate is positioned below one end of an instrument tower on which a sensor for observing snow levels is installed, wherein the installation of the snow measuring plate is such that the position thereof on the ground is fixed.
