Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fixed type temporary arm apparatus and method used for a non-blackout power distribution work and, more specifically, to a fixed type temporary arm apparatus and method, the apparatus and method forming a pole assembly by means of a fixed type temporary arm, which is manufactured with an insulator, below an arm bar in a pin-pole assembly or a strain-pole assembly of a distribution line, moving a line from the arm bar to an arm of the fixed type temporary arm by using an electric wire moving tool or a suspension insulator connector, and implementing a desired electric installation work in a non-blackout manner.
