Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fixing apparatus for pipe welding and, more specifically, to a fixing apparatus, for pipe welding, enabling easy aligning and welding of welding parts when welding an elbow and a straight pipe. A fixing apparatus for pipe welding, according to the present invention, comprises an angle adjusting means, a vertical fixing means and a moving means. The angle adjusting means enables adjustment of the angle of an elbow by means of mounting the elbow such that the central axis of one end of the elbow and the central axis of a straight pipe in a horizontal state are aligned. The vertical fixing means enables the elbow to be set vertically by means of supporting both lateral sides of the elbow mounted on the angle adjusting means. The moving means comprises a first horizontal movement unit, a second horizontal movement unit and a vertical movement unit. The first horizontal movement unit is for moving the elbow forward to and backward from the straight pipe such that one end of the elbow comes into contact with one end of the straight pipe. The second horizontal movement unit is for moving the elbow left and right such that one end of the elbow comes into contact with one end of the straight pipe. The vertical movement unit is for moving the elbow vertically such that one end of the elbow comes into contact with one end of the straight pipe. The present invention enables easy setting of the concentricity of an elbow and a straight pipe by means of mounting the elbow on the angle adjusting means and adjusting the angle of the elbow. Moreover, the present invention enables easy setting of the perpendicularity of the other end part of the elbow and one end part of the straight pipe by vertically setting and fixing the elbow by means of the vertical fixing means.
