Description of the Prior Art: Generally, champagne is made of fruit juice that contains carbon dioxide, and is filled in the bottle, and is stopped up with bottle stopper, and is used to enhance congratulating atmosphere at party or anniversary.
When using such champagne, firstly remove fixing wire, and then shake the bottle with fingers on the bottle stopper. Then inner pressure of the bottle is increased and if release fingers then bottle stopper is separated from the bottle by inner pressure. At the same time, fruit juice filled in the bottle is spouted outside, thus produces effect.
Occasionally, champagne bottle is shake terribly during transportation so the bottle stopper is separated right after removing fixing wire. In order to prevent it, bottle stopper needs not to be separated and at the same time, fixing wire needs to be removed.
There are another problems that bottle stopper is separated right after removing above-mentioned fixing wire because of high pressure at high temperature area.
Because of such problems, fruit juice is spouted even though inner pressure is not enough, thus champagne effect is effective.
In addition to that, user need to shake the bottle with finger on the bottle stopper in order to maximize effect, and if makes a mistake with fingers then a lot of fruit juice is spouted at a time, thus reduces champagne effect.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The invention generally relates to a fixing device for champagne bottle stopper, and more particularly to, a fixing device for champagne bottle stopper that has following distinguishing marks; champagne bottle, that has protrusion outside of pouring hole in which bottle stopper is inserted and fixed, is formed; supporting pin which is penetrated vertically toward bottom of above-mentioned bottle stopper, catching threshold unit, which has discharging hole confronting with above-mentioned pouring hole in order to be inserted and fixed in the top area of above-mentioned champagne bottle, are formed; fixing cap which has fixing groove confronting above-mentioned protrusion unit, inserting groove in which above-mentioned supporting pin is inserted, are installed in above-mentioned catching threshold unit; catching groove unit which has inclined surface with catching groove, catching groove is formed in supporting groove which is connected with above-mentioned inserting groove, toward columnar direction, in order for above- mentioned supporting pin to rotate and fix; thus, enables above-mentioned bottle stopper to fix or come out from the bottle. In addition, even though surrounding temperature is high or champagne bottle is shake during transportation, there is no problem to produce champagne effect because of above-mentioned bottle stopper.

The present invention is designed to solve such problems above, so to remove bottle stopper easily without fixing wire.
Also, different purpose of the present invention is to produce champagne effect continuously for long time.
In addition, the other purpose of the present invention is to produce colored tape effect such as firecracker.
To achieve such purposes, the present invention has following distinguishing marks; champagne bottle, that has protrusion outside of pouring hole in which bottle stopper is inserted and fixed, is formed; supporting pin which is penetrated vertically toward bottom of above-mentioned bottle stopper, catching threshold unit, which has discharging hole confronting with above-mentioned pouring hole in order to be inserted and fixed in the top area of above-mentioned champagne bottle, are formed; fixing cap which has fixing groove confronting above-mentioned protrusion unit, inserting groove in which above-mentioned supporting pin is inserted, are installed in above-mentioned catching threshold unit; catching groove unit which has inclined surface with catching groove, catching groove is formed in supporting groove which is connected with above- mentioned inserting groove, toward columnar direction, in order for above-mentioned supporting pin to rotate and fix.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS Desirable example of operation is explained in attached drawings.

More detail to; The present invention is consisted of following contents. Inner cork (5) is built in the pouring hole (110) of champagne bottle (100). Fixing cap (2), which has catching groove unit (3) is inserted outside of above-mentioned pouring hole (110) and fixed.
Bottle stopper (200), which has supporting pin (1) is inserted in above-mentioned fixing cap (2) and rotated.
Above-mentioned inner cork (5) is designed to be attached/detached to inside of above-mentioned pouring hole. Outside of it, several small spouting holes (51) are formed, and drawing pin is formed in the top of above-mentioned inner cork (5).
Above-mentioned fixing cap (2) is designed to insert into protrusion unit, which protrudes toward top outside of above-mentioned champagne bottle (100), and to fix. In the top of it, catching threshold unit has discharging hole confronting above-mentioned pouring hole (110), thus above-mentioned fixing cap (2) is caught in the top of above- mentioned champagne bottle (100) and is inserted/fixed in it.
Additionally, installation hole (24) in which wire is inserted is formed in left bottom of above-mentioned fixing cap (2), thus above-mentioned fixing cap (2) is more hardly fixed to champagne bottle (100).
In above-mentioned catching groove unit (3), inserting groove (31) which above- mentioned supporting pin (1) is inserted is formed in above-mentioned catching threshold unit (21). Also, supporting groove (32) which is connected with above- mentioned inserting groove (31), toward columnar direction, is formed in above- mentioned catching threshold unit (21) in order for above-mentioned inserted supporting pin (1) to rotate and fix. Above-mentioned supporting groove (32) forms inclined-to- bottom surface (32a). Inside of the end of above-mentioned inclined surface (32a), catching groove (32b) is formed in order for above-mentioned rotating supporting pin (1) to fix.
Inside of above-mentioned bottle stopper (200), accepting groove (210) which above-mentioned drawing pin (52) is inserted is formed, and above-mentioned supporting
pin (1) is designated to protrude to both side of lower part of above-mentioned pouring hole (110).
Therefore, insert above-mentioned bottle stopper (200) in above-mentioned pouring hole (110) in order to insert above-mentioned supporting pin (1) into above- mentioned inserting groove, and rotate above-mentioned bottle stopper (200), then above-mentioned supporting pin (1) is fixed to above-mentioned catching groove (32b), thus above-mentioned bottle stopper (200) is fixed to above-mentioned champagne bottle without formal wire.
FIG 2. shows a cross sectional view of assembled stats of the present invention; Fixing groove (23) confronting with protrusion unit formed in the top, outer of above-mentioned pouring hole (110), is formed inside of above-mentioned fixing cap (2).
Therefore, above-mentioned inner cork (5) is built in above-mentioned pouring hole (110). And above-mentioned fixing groove (23) confronting with protrusion unit formed in the top outer of above-mentioned pouring hole (110), is formed inside of above-mentioned fixing cap (2). Insert above-mentioned bottle stopper (200) in above- mentioned pouring hole (110) in order to insert supporting pin (1) into above-mentioned inserting groove, and rotate above-mentioned bottle stopper (200), thus fixed in above- mentioned fixing cap (2).
Also, insert bottle stopper (200) in above-mentioned pouring hole (110), then drawing pin (52) is inserted in accepting groove (210). Assisting wire is inserted in installation groove formed in lower part of above-mentioned fixing cap (2), and above- mentioned assisting wire (4) fixes above-mentioned fixing cap (2) to above-mentioned
champagne bottle (100) more tightly.
FIG 3a and FIG 3b show an applying state of the present invention. FIG 3a shows a cross sectional view that bottle stopper is inserted in the fixing cap and FIG 3b shows a cross sectional view that bottle stopper is fixed in the fixing cap after rotating; Fix above-mentioned fixing cap (2) to higher part of champagne bottle, and insert above-mentioned bottle stopper (200) in pouring hole in order to insert supporting pin (1) in above-mentioned inserting groove (31).
After that, rotate bottle stopper (200) then supporting pin (1) moves to supporting groove (32) which is connected with above-mentioned inserting groove (31), and above- mentioned supporting pin (1) is moved along above-mentioned inclined surface (32a), and is fixed in above-mentioned catching groove (32b), thus bottle stopper (200) is fixed in champagne bottle without formal fixing wire.
In order to open above-mentioned bottle stopper (200), shake champagne bottle then inner pressure of bottle is increased. After that, rotate above-mentioned bottle stopper to opposite direction, then above-mentioned supporting pin (1) is separated from above-mentioned catching groove (32b) and located in above-mentioned inserting groove (31). Finally, above-mentioned bottle stopper (200) is moved out above owing to inner pressure.

Inner cork (5) is inserted in pouring hole (110) of champagne bottle (100), and fixing cap (2) is fixed toward top part of above-mentioned champagne bottle (100), and bottle stopper (200) is inserted in above-mentioned pouring hole, is rotated then fixed.
After increasing inner pressure of above-mentioned champagne bottle (100), rotate fixing cap (2) and bring it out above, then fruit juice is spouted to several direction through several small spouting hole (51) and above-mentioned drawing pin (52), thus make continuous champagne effect rather than formal champagne and maximize the effect, for fruit juice is spouted far away.

FIG 5a shows a brief view that salute material is built in the bottle stopper and FIG 5b shows a brief view that salute material is separated from the bottle stopper; Several built in groove (6) are formed outside of above-mentioned bottle stopper (200), and salute material (7) such as colored paper, colored tape, and pollen is formed in built in groove (6).
Therefore, insert above-mentioned bottle stopper (200) in pouring hole (110), then above-mentioned salute material (7) is formed in above-mentioned built in groove (6) by inside of above-mentioned champagne bottle (100). And bottle stopper (200) comes out by inner pressure, then fruit juice spouts various directions, and at the same time above-mentioned salute material (7) spouts outside, thus produces a salute.

view of assembled invention; In the present invention, inner cork (5) is built in pouring hole (110) of champagne bottle (100), fixing cap (2) is inserted outside of top part of above-mentioned champagne bottle (100), bottle stopper (200) is enter into fixing cap (2) by fixing unit (8), and is inserted in above-mentioned pouring hole (110) and is fixed.

Therefore, rotate bottle stopper (200) which is inserted in above-mentioned discharging hole (22) of above-mentioned catching threshold unit (21), then the 1st and 2nd screw line (81) (82) are entered into each other, thus above-mentioned bottle stopper (200) is inserted/fixed in above-mentioned pouring hole (110).
