Abstract:
Method of fixing a fuel flap assembly (10) to a bodywork of a vehicle comprising in particular a fuel flap bowl (30) secured to a shell side (20) provided with a fuel filling orifice (22), the flap assembly (10) being composed of an articulation assembly (11), composed of a moving knuckle (14) and of a fixed knuckle (16), and of a flap panel (12), the articulation assembly (11) being positioned in the bowl (30) with the aid of a template which bears on the shell side (20).
