One objective of the present invention is to provide a fixing implement and a fixing structure for a grating panel having the fixing implement installed thereon, which can keep the fixing implement attached to the grating panel so that the fixing implement fixing the grating panel to a supporting member is not lost when the grating panel is separated from the supporting member for maintenance or the like. The present invention relates to a fixing structure for a grating panel which comprises: a clip having latch portions formed on either side thereof so as to respectively latch onto mutually adjacent grating bars, and having a through-hole formed in the central portion thereof; and a connecting bar body including a head portion inserted into the clip through the through-hole and latching onto the clip at the top thereof, and a fixing portion formed on the bottom thereof which can be fixed to and detached from the supporting member supporting the grating panel, wherein a resilient wing member is further included on the clip and is installed on the outside of the latch portion and press-fit between the grating bar and another adjacent grating bar, while the latch portion is latched onto the grating bar.
