Abstract:
Disclosed is a fixing jig comprising: a pedestal with a mounting surface to which a columnar honeycomb structure is mounted; grasping members that are fixed to the pedestal and grasp the side surfaces of the honeycomb structure mounted on top of the mounting surface; and an adhesion member which is fixed to the pedestal and also adheres the surface on the pedestal side of the outer circumference section of a mask, which is mounted on top of the honeycomb structure. This enables the aligned honeycomb structure and mask to be fixed and makes obstruction of the mask alignment more difficult.
