Abstract:
Disclosed is a fixing mechanism with a connected rotary rod, the fixing mechanism comprising a guide sleeve (1) fixed to a support, a guide pillar (3) mounted to a lower end surface of a tooling fixture, and a rotary rod (2). A larger location hole (10), a smaller location hole (11) and a stop pin (4) are arranged in a side end surface of the guide sleeve (1). A through hole (30) for the guide pillar is arranged in a side end surface of the guide pillar (3). The rotary rod (2) comprises a rotary disk (20), and a first shaft (21), a second shaft (22) and a third shaft (23) mounted on the rotary disk (20). A guide recess (25) is arranged in the rotary disk (20), the axis of the first shaft (21) coincides with that of the third shaft (23), and the first shaft (21) and the second shaft (22) are mounted in an off-axis manner. After the guide pillar (3) is inserted in the guide sleeve (1) along the axis of the guide sleeve (1), the three shafts of the rotary rod (2) are inserted into mounting holes and then the rotary rod (2) is rotated clockwise or counter clockwise. The side surface of the guide recess (25) touches the stop pin (4) and then the guide pillar (3) is fixed inside the guide sleeve (1) with the outer surface of the second shaft (22) against the inner surface of the through hole (30) for the guide pillar. The connection manner is secure and reliable and the operation mode is simple and practical. Tooling is switched with a higher precision and a more stable production and quality inspection can be ensured.
