[Problem] To provide a fixing structure for an automotive intake duct, which is simplified and has a reduced number of components while preventing rattling. [Solution] A fixing structure for an automotive intake duct, which fixes an intake duct 40 of an internal combustion engine 30 to a vehicle body, and has a supporting member 20 that is joined to a vehicle body framework 3 and includes a plate-like portion 20A equipped with an opening 24. The intake duct has: an inlet end 41 which defines an inlet 43A connected to the opening; first and second abutment pieces 46, 47 which extend in spaced relation to each other in the direction of the opening of the inlet from one side on the outer periphery of the inlet end; and fastening pieces 51 which are provided on the other side of the inlet end opposite said one side. While an edge portion 25 defining the opening is clamped between the first and second abutment pieces, the fastening pieces are joined to the supporting member by fasteners 55. In a state, prior to installation, before the intake duct is joined to the supporting member, the distance in the direction of the opening of the inlet between the first and second abutment pieces is equal to or smaller than the thickness of the edge portion.
