Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a fixing structure for a cover with which it is possible to easily fix a cover to a support member while suppressing rattling; and a motor. Specifically, a motor 1 wherein a frame 3 (support member) has a third plate part 33 (first support part) for supporting a gear cover 7 (cover) on one side X1 of a first direction X, and a first plate part 31 (second support part) for supporting the gear cover 7 on one side Z1 of a second direction Z. The gear cover 7 has a flexible plate part 735 (impelling force generating part) for generating an impelling force impelling the gear cover 7 in a diagonal direction inclined with respect to both the other side X2 of the first direction X and the one side Z1 of the second direction when the gear cover 7 is pressed against the third plate part 33. The first plate part 31 is provided with a one surface 318 (first contact part) in contact with the gear cover 7, and holes 311 provided with an inner circumferential surface (second contact part) in contact with protrusions 741 on the gear cover 7.
