Abstract:
Disclosed are a fixing structure for a dental implant capable of reducing the overall height of the dental implant and at the same time enabling simple placement, and a dental implant structure comprising same. The dental implant structure according to the present invention comprises: an abutment that is coupled to a fixture inserted into the alveolar bone or is directly inserted into the alveolar bone, has an insertion groove formed along the longitudinal direction in the center, and has one or more through-holes extending radially from the inner surface of the insertion groove; a fixing structure including a support part installed on a step formed inside the insertion groove and having a through-hole formed in the center, one or more extension parts positioned inside the insertion groove so as to face the through-hole, and one or more connection parts connecting the support part and the extension part; one or more supports positioned inside the through-hole and outside the extension parts; and a crown coupled to the abutment so as to cover an upper portion of the abutment and having, formed on an inner surface thereof, a support coupling groove to which the support is coupled, wherein the extension part is transformed toward the through-hole by means of an extension screw that is introduced into the insertion groove through the through hole, such that the support may protrude out of the abutment.
