This fixing structure for an electrical device (10) includes: a first operation part (40) having a power-receiving part (41) for receiving supplied power from a power supply unit (4) of a wiring duct (1), the first operation part (40) engaging and disengaging the power-receiving part (41) from the power supply unit (4); a second operation part (50) having a second engagement part (51) supported by a support part (3) of the wiring duct (1), the second operation part (50) engaging and disengaging the second engagement part (51) from the support part (3); and a first latching part (43a, 42b) provided on the first operation part (40) for latching with the second operation part (50).
