Abstract:
Disclosed is a fixture block connecting and fastening structure of a pressure vessel, comprising a first high neck (1), a second high neck (5), a seal element (4) and a fastening device. A first shoulder (1-1) is provided on an outer peripheral face of the first high neck (1), a second shoulder (5-1) is provided on an outer peripheral face of the second high neck (5), and the seal element (4) is between the first high neck (1) and the second high neck (5). The fastening device comprises fixture blocks (2) and a ring-shaped steel plate (3), several fixture blocks (2) are mounted on the outer periphery of the first high neck (1) and the second high neck (5), and a clamping claw (2-1, 2-2) is on two ends of the fixture blocks (2), and the clamping claw (2-1, 2-2) on the two ends clamps the first shoulder (1-1) of the first high neck (1) and the second shoulder (5-1) of the second high neck (5) respectively, and the ring-shaped steel plate (3) covers an outer side surface (2-5) of the several fixture blocks (2) and wraps the fixture blocks (2). The present invention is applicable to detachable high-pressure vessels with a large diameter and has a lightweight structure, and the material of the invention can be easily prepared. The invention can be conveniently processed, has a lower cost, and solves the problem that there is no connecting and fastening structure in the art that can be applied to detachable high-pressure vessels with a large diameter.
