Abstract:
A fixture conveying device and work piece conveying method. The device comprises n fixed brackets (10-14), n movable brackets (21-24), a telescopic cylinder (31), up and down stroke cylinders (32) and a rail (41), wherein n is larger than or equal to 2; the n fixed brackets (10-14) are distributed at equal intervals, the rail (41) is installed below each fixed bracket, the n movable brackets (21-24), the quantity of which is equal to that of the fixed brackets, and the distribution distance of which is identical with that of the fixed brackets, are installed on the rail (41), all the movable brackets are fixed on an integral frame, the telescopic cylinder (31) can make each movable bracket do telescopic motion on the rail, one up and down stroke cylinder (32) is arranged on each movable bracket, and the up and down stroke cylinders can make the movable brackets move between the upper stroke and the lower stroke. When work pieces are conveyed by the device, the whole movable unit runs on the rail, the requirement to the cylinder is lower, the running is very reliable, the maintenance cost is lower, and the one-time investment cost is also lower.
