A fixture (10) for installing a seal wear ring (14) onto a bearing component. The fixture (10) includes a base ring (30), a press ring (34) that is movably coupled to the base ring (30), and a heating element (38) to heat the seal wear ring (14) during installation. The seal wear ring (14) is moved by the press ring (34) during installation.
