Abstract:
A fixture for mounting a radiator of a MOS transistor, the fixture comprising a bottom plate (1), and a position limiting plate (2) for the MOS transistor and a shake limiting plate (3) which are fixed on a front surface of the bottom plate (1), wherein a positioning groove (11) used for positioning the radiator is provided in a middle part of the front surface of the bottom plate (1); the positioning groove (11) is internally provided with a positioning column (12) cooperating with a positioning through hole in the radiator; the position limiting plate (2) for the MOS transistor and the shake limiting plate (3) are respectively positioned on left and right sides of the positioning groove (11) on the bottom plate (1); a positioning wall (21), in the shape of the Chinese character "匚" and used for positioning the MOS transistor, is arranged on an inner side edge of the position limiting plate (2) for the MOS transistor; the positioning wall (21) is positioned directly above the radiator; a semicircular limiting hole (31) used for limiting a screw is arranged on an inner side edge of the shake limiting plate (3); the limiting hole (31) is positioned directly above the MOS transistor; and the MOS transistor and the radiator are fixed together by means of the screw. The fixture not only meets the requirement of assembly accuracy control of the MOS transistor and realizes more convenient and accurate assembly operability, but can also carry out high-quality precise assembly in batches and effectively reduce production costs.
