The present invention has: an attaching member attached to a sheet main body; a locking member (62) locked in an opening (452) in the sheet main body; and a string-like member (63), which connects together the attaching member and the locking member (62), and is engaged with a cover. The locking member (62) has: a main body section (621) having the string-like member (63) attached thereto; a first abutting section (622), which is provided on the main body section (621), and which abuts on the first edge of the opening (452); and an inserting section (625), which is provided at a position at a distance from the first abutting section (622), said position being on the main body section (621), and which is inserted into the opening (452). The inserting section (625) has a first regulating section (626), which abuts on the second edge (455T) in the opening (452), said second edge being on the side facing the first edge, and which regulates removal of the inserting section (625) from the opening (452).
