Abstract:
A flakeboard surfaced with aluminium foil coated with UV-cured paint includes a flakeboard (1) and aluminium foils (2) curtain-coated with UV-cured paint applied to both sides of said flakeboard. The manufacturing method includes these steps: 1) spreading metal adhesive on the back of the aluminium foil and curing said metal adhesive without pressure, then spreading phenolic resin adhesive on said flakeboard, and sticking the side of said aluminium foil with the cured metal adhesive to the flakeboard spread with adhesive; 2) applying with a roller a first layer of light-cured primer, then when half-dry, applying a second layer of light-cured primer, then applying a third surface coat of UV-cured paint, finally evening the painted surface with a heat finishing machine at 80°C.
