Abstract:
The present invention provides a thermoplastic resin composition in which the impact resistance, flame resistance, heat resistance, and fluidity required for a thin-walled molded article are balanced to a satisfactorily high degree. A flame-resistant resin composition, containing 100 parts by weight of a resin component, 3-35 parts by weight of (C) an organophosphorus flame retardant or 0.005-5 parts by weight of an organometallic-salt-based flame retardant, 0.1-30 parts by weight of a silicate mineral, 0.1-3 parts by weight of (E) an anti-drip agent, and, optionally, 3-45 parts by weight of (F) a styrene resin. The resin component comprises a polycarbonate-polydiorganosiloxane copolymer resin obtained by copolymerizing (A) a polycarbonate resin and (B) a dihydric phenol with a hydroxyaryl-terminated polydiorganosiloxane. The polydiorganosiloxane content of the (B) component of the composition is 0.2-0.6 wt%.
