Abstract:
Provided are: a novel flame retardant agent composition having excellent flame retardancy; a flame retardant resin composition; and a molded article thereof. This flame retardant agent composition contains: a component (A) which is at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a polyphosphate compound and an orthophosphate compound; and a component (B) which is at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a fatty acid and a fatty acid metal salt. If the electrical conductivity of a mixed liquid comprising 100 parts by mass of ultrapure water and 1 part by mass of the flame retardant agent composition is denoted by EC (μS/cm), then EC satisfies formula (I): 0.1×103≦EC≦2.4×103.
