Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for manufacturing an eco-friendly, functional particle board. More specifically, the present invention can provide a composition for manufacturing an eco-friendly, functional particle board, the composition containing water, a melamine resin, a flame retardant, a flame retardant aid, a flame inhibitor, a PB strength reinforcing agent, a desiccating agent, an antibacterial agent, a coupling agent, a preservative, and a penetrating agent. As a result of manufacturing an eco-friendly, functional particle board by using the composition in the present invention, it was confirmed that not only does the particle board have excellent anti-bacterial properties, anti-microbial properties, flame-retardancy, bactericidal properties, deodorizing properties, tensile strength, bursting strength, and flexure strength, but also the amount of VOC emission is greatly reduced.
