Abstract:
The present invention comprises a method for producing a flame-retardant crosslinked resin molded article, a flame-retardant crosslinked resin molded article produced thereby, a silane masterbatch, a mixture thereof, and a flame-retardant product. The method for producing a flame-retardant crosslinked resin molded article comprises the steps of (a) melt mixing an organic peroxide, boehmite, aluminum hydroxide, and a silane coupling agent into a base resin according to a specific ratio at a temperature not lower than the decomposition temperature of the organic peroxide, (b) mixing together then molding the silane masterbatch obtained in the step (a) and a silanol condensation catalyst, and (c) crosslinking the molded article obtained in the step (b) by bringing the molded article into contact with moisture, wherein the mass ratio of the boehmite to aluminum hydroxide content is between 85:15 and 15:85.
