Abstract:
Disclosed is a flame-retardant high-density polyethylene (PE-HD) silicon core pipe. The formulation specifically comprises: 100 parts by mass of a high-density polyethylene (PE-HD) resin, 2-15 parts by mass of CPE, 2-10 parts by mass of decabromodiphenyl ether, 1-5 parts by mass of antimony oxide, 2-10 parts by mass of magnesium hydroxide, 2-8 parts by mass of zinc borate, 0.2-1.5 parts by mass of stearic acid, 0.1-1.0 parts by mass of cadmium stearate, and 0.2-1.0 parts by mass of a plumbate. The formulation of the present invention is simple, and has an intentional flame retardant property. In addition, the composite material has better heat resistance and aging resistance and good oil resistance, can improve physical properties and chemical properties of the high density polyethylene (PE-HD) material, and can prolong the service life of the high density polyethylene (PE-HD) material.
