Abstract:
Provided is a polycarbonate resin composition which has excellent flame retardancy, does not suffer from the problem of white turbidness and has excellent haze and hue, and a molded article comprising the same. A flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition characterized by containing (B) a metal salt of an organic sulfonic acid and (C) a compound having enclathrating properties in (A) a polycarbonate resin, and a flame retardant for a polycarbonate resin, the flame retardant comprising a clathrate compound obtained by enclathrating the metal salt of an organic sulfonic acid (B) with the compound having enclathrating properties (C).
