Abstract:
Disclosed is a flame-retardant resin composition including a polyolefin resin, a silicone-based compound, a fatty-acid-containing compound, calcium carbonate, and a hindered amine compound containing a triazine ring. In this flame-retardant resin composition, the silicone compound is blended in a ratio of 1.5 parts by mass to 10 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyolefin resin, the fatty-acid-containing compound is blended in a ratio of 3 parts by mass to 20 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyolefin resin, the calcium carbonate is blended in a ratio of 10 parts by mass to less than 120 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyolefin resin, the hindered amine compound containing a triazine ring is blended in a ratio of 0.05 part by mass to less than 10 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyolefin resin, and the hindered amine compound containing a triazine ring includes an oxygen atom.
