Abstract:
Provided is a flame-retardant resin sheet wherein it is possible to reduce permittivity while excellent flexibility, flame retardancy, and thinning processability are exhibited. Also provided is a flat cable using same. The flame-retardant resin sheet contains a resin component containing 5 to 75 mass% inclusive of polyphenylene ether, 5 to 40 mass% inclusive of a thermoplastic elastomer, and 20 to 90 mass% inclusive of a polyolefin resin. The flame-retardant resin sheet also contains 50 to 100 parts by mass of a phosphorus-based flame retardant and/or a nitrogen-containing flame retardant per 100 parts by mass of the aforementioned resin component. The flexible flat cable uses said flame-retardant resin sheet as a covering material.
