Abstract:
Disclosed are a flammable and explosive gas balancer used in a hazardous waste sludge drying process, and the use thereof. The flammable and explosive gas balancer comprises a bottom housing (101) and an upper cover (102), wherein a fresh air chamber (103), a drying room air return chamber (104), a tail gas output chamber (105) and a drying room fresh air connecting chamber (106) are provided in the bottom housing (101), and an obliquely arranged air heat exchanger (107) is arranged among the fresh air chamber (103), the drying room air return chamber (104), the tail gas output chamber (105) and the drying room fresh air connecting chamber (106), with the tail gas output chamber (105) and the drying room fresh air connecting chamber (106) each being internally provided with an exhaust apparatus (108). The present invention has the characteristics of effectively improving the energy utilization rate, balancing the concentration of flammable and explosive gas in a drying room and reducing the risk of explosion.
