A flange cover with a structure where guide rods can be joined to a flange assembly without brazing. A case (12) that receives a fuel pump (15) etc. is vertically movably connected to a flange assembly (14) having rod seats (25) at its inner bottom face, and guide rods (20) having a spool portion (20a) at the outer periphery of each of one end of the guide rods (20) are fixed to the flange assembly (14), where the one end of each of the guide rods (20) is seated at each of the rod seats (25). To do this, the guide rods (20) are mechanically fixed to the flange assembly (14) using supporting plate members (22) and retaining members (24). The supporting plate members (22) are fixed to the inner peripheral face of the flange assembly (14), have rod holes through which the guide rods (20) can be inserted, and support the guide rods (20) that are inserted through the rod holes and seated on the rod seats in a vertical state. The retaining members (24) are detachably radially fitted on the guide rods that are supported in the vertical state by the supporting plate member (22), and the retaining members mechanically join the spool portions (20a) to the supporting plate member.
