Abstract:
A flange for a high-temperature dust and nitrate integrated purification ceramic filter element and a preparation process therefor. The flange is a single-layer structure formed by any one of a ceramic fiber board, ceramic fiber cotton felt, and a ceramic structural part; or a multi-layer structure formed by superimposing any two or three of the foregoing materials; and a gap filled with an inorganic high-temperature binder is left between an inner hole of the flange and the outer diameter of the ceramic filter element. The inorganic high-temperature binder is filled into a bonding interface between the ceramic filter element and the flange by using photoresist coating, and after drying at room temperature, drying or sintering is carried out to fabricate the flange of the ceramic filter element. Finally, the ceramic filter element and the flange are integrally covered with an inorganic fiber cloth.
