Abstract:
The present invention relates to a synthetic resin-coated metal pipe corresponding to a thermal expansion coefficient and a method for manufacturing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a synthetic resin-coated metal pipe corresponding to a thermal expansion coefficient and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein a metal coil is supplied to mold a metal pipe through pipe-making; an adhesive is applied to the outer diameter part of the metal pipe; polyethylene resin is extruded to mold a coated metal tube through coating; both front ends of the coated metal pipe are cut at a predetermined interval; and the exposed metal pipe is then widened and finished such that the same has excellent pulling and compression strength and can effectively cope with the thermal expansion coefficient. According to the present invention, described as above, a metal pipe is supplied to mold a circular metal pipe through pipe-making; the metal pipe is heated; an adhesive is applied to the outer diameter part of the metal pipe; and a PE coating layer is formed on the outer diameter part of the adhesive, thereby obtaining a coated metal pipe; both front ends are removed from the thickness of the PE coating layer by a removal thickness such that both end sides of the PE coating layer are completely removed, thereby exposing the metal pipe; the exposed front ends of the metal pipe are processed so as to form finish molded portions that surround both front ends of the PE coating layer; fixing/coupling grooves are formed on both front ends of the PE coating layer; and molten protruding portions are integrally injection-molded on the fixing/coupling grooves, respectively, such that a protruding flange and a flange are installed.
