Abstract:
A flash memory body storing mechanism with data restoring function can realize the writing, reading, backup, and restoring of the system data by dividing the memory medium into a write region and a protection region and by managing the user data through two physical address mapping tables. The data is written in the write region of the flash memory body when the data is written; only the data in the protection region is read when the flash memory is restarted. Which region the newest data is in can be acquired through the physical address mapping tables when the data is read.
