Abstract:
A standing water column (20), which has a lower part that communicates with a liquid phase space and an upper part that communicates with a gas phase space inside a flash vessel (10), is provided to the flash vessel (10). A rise in the liquid level inside the standing water column (20) is detected by at least one maximum liquid level sensor (21A) installed at a position at the same level as a prescribed maximum liquid level in the liquid phase space. Furthermore, a drop in the liquid level inside the standing water column (20) is detected by at least one minimum liquid level sensor (21B) installed at a position at the same level as a prescribed minimum liquid level in the liquid phase space.
