Abstract:

The present invention relates to a flat cable and a method for manufacturing the same. In particular, the flat cable comprises: a pod which consists of tubular insertion parts, formed at the ends of both sides thereof and spaced apart by a predetermined distance, and central insertion parts of which both ends are integrally connected to the tubular insertion parts of both sides; a pair of left and right supporting members which are inserted into the inside of the tubular insertion parts; and a plurality of electric wires which are inserted into the central insertion parts, wherein the central insertion parts of the pod are divided into a plurality of spaces which are isolated from one another, a pressure line having a predetermined depth is formed between the electric wires, and the plurality of electric wires are horizontally arranged as a single layer within the isolated spaces, thereby having an effect of minimizing twisting or friction of the electric wires.
