Abstract:
A flat ceramic membrane 1 is provided with: a plate-like porous support body 21 comprising ceramics; and a filtration membrane 22 formed on an outer surface of the porous support body 21. Inside the porous support body 21, a plurality of catchment channels 2 through which filtered water passes are formed, the filtered water being obtained by permeating water to be treated through the filtration membrane 22. In addition, inside of the porous support body 21, regions having different intervals between the catchment channels 2 are secured.
