Abstract:
The flat electric cable connection structure 1 is provided with: a flat electric cable 10 provided with a belt-like conductor path 11 and an insulating resin film 12 covering the conductor path 11; a terminal fitting 30 provided with a first connection section 31 connected to the flat electric cable 10; and solder electrically connecting the conductor path 11 with the first connection section 31. The first connection section 31 is provided with: a mounting plate part 32 on which the flat electric cable 10 is mounted; and one pair of holding walls 33 continuing from the mounting plate part 32 and holding the flat electric cable 10 against the mounting plate part. The flat electric cable 10 has a rear surface 10R facing the mounting plate part 32 and a front surface 10F located on the opposite side from the rear surface 10R, the conductor path 11 is exposed from the insulating resin film 12 at the front surface 10F, and the solder H is provided over the front surface 10F.
