Abstract:
Provided is a flat lightweight member which is constituted by a fiber-reinforced resin molded article and which has good appearance quality and also excellent productivity while having excellent mechanical characteristics in an end part thereof and excellent adhesiveness between a core layer and a skin layer thereof. The flat lightweight member is characterized by comprising: a skin layer which is constituted by a braided material and a matrix resin; a separation layer which has a bag-like shape and which is present inside the braided material; and a mixture of a matrix resin and a thermally expandable material which is present inside the separation layer.
