Abstract:
A flat panel display device is provided with a display panel and a drive circuit
board for driving the display panel. The display panel is provided with a front
substrate, a back substrate and a display cell arranged between the both substrates.
The back substrate is composed of a conductive substrate and an insulating layer
formed on the surface facing the front substrate of the conductive substrate.
The drive circuit board is mounted on the rear surface of the conductive substrate.
