Abstract:
A flat pipe (20), a micro-channel heat exchanger (80), and an air conditioner. The flat pipe (20) comprises two thin plates (10); the two thin plates (10) are welded to form the flat pipe (20); the flat pipe (20) comprises a straight section (11, 13, 15) and a transition section (12, 14) which are connected to each other and are located on a same plane; an included angle is formed between the straight section (11, 13, 15) and the transition section (12, 14) in a plane direction of the flat pipe (20); the straight section (11, 13, 15) and the transition section (12, 14) are formed by pressing; the micro-channel heat exchanger (80) comprises multiple flat pipes (20) arranged side by side, a flow collection assembly (30) provided at two ends of the flat pipe (20) and communicated with same, fins (40) provided on two sides of the flat pipe (20) and having the same shape as the flat pipe (20), and a side plate (50) provided on two sides of the micro-channel heat exchanger (80) and having the same shape as the flat pipe (20); the air conditioner comprises the micro-channel heat exchanger (80). The included angle is formed between the straight section (11, 13, 15) and the transition section (12, 14) of the flat pipe (20), so that the size of the flat pipe (20) and the micro-channel heat exchanger (80) is reduced, thereby facilitating mounting same in the air conditioner; the straight section (11, 13, 15) and the transition section (12, 14) are formed by pressing, so that the flat pipe (20) does not need to be bent, thereby facilitating machining and preventing cracking.
