Abstract:
The present invention relates to a flat plate solar collector comprising: header pipes connected within a collector frame on one side and the other side thereof; at least two branch pipes connected to both the header pipes so as to supply a heat-exchanged heat medium to the same; a solar absorber plate coupled to each upper portion of the plurality of branch pipes so as to absorb solar heat; a fixing angle disposed below the plurality of branch pipes so as to transversely intersect the longitudinal direction of the branch pipes and having at least two branch pipe-receiving grooves formed therein such that the fixing angle can receive and fix the branch pipes while simultaneously coming in contact with the solar absorber plate disposed thereabove; a square pipe for fixing a stay spring, the square pipe being coupled to one side or both sides of the fixing angle; and a stay spring inserted into the square pipe on one side or both sides thereof so as to provide an elastic force to the solar absorber plate, thereby preventing the same from being flexed by thermal expansion. According to the present invention, it is easy to assemble and install a flat plate solar collector, and it is possible to effectively prevent flexural deformation of a solar absorber plate, caused by the thermal expansion thereof due to continuous solar absorption.
