Title:
FLAT TIE AND FORMWORK METHOD USING SAID FLAT TIE AND NON-METALLIC FORMS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/115954
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a flat tie and a framework method using the flat tie and non-metallic forms, the flat tie (20) comprising: a tie body (21) which penetrates pairs of forms (10) disposed with a gap therebetween in a widthwise direction and has both ends thereof protruding from the outer side surfaces of the corresponding forms (10) and having a wedge hole (21a) and is in the shape of a long steel strip; and a plurality of gap maintaining protrusions (22) provided on one side surface of the tie body (21), which is positioned in the space between the pairs of spaced forms (10), and locked and fixed to one side of the respective forms (10) so that the pairs of forms (10) can maintain the set gap thereof. Accordingly, the present invention basically removes a separate gap maintaining member for maintaining a gap between forms and thus can promote a cost reduction, by providing the plurality of gap maintaining protrusions on one side surface of the tie body of the flat tie, which traverses the space between a pair of tie bodies disposed with a predetermined gap therebetween for concrete pouring, the gap maintaining protrusions being locked and fixed to one side of the corresponding forms so that the pairs of forms can maintain the set gap thereof. In addition, the present invention allows the gap to be maintained at the edges of the forms and thus allows the overcoming of work difficulty resulting from maintaining a gap at the center of conventional forms and also has the effect of enabling improvements in overall workability, such as improved work efficiency and reduced work time.
