Abstract:

A flat-top dot flexible resin plate with a texture on the surface thereof, and a plate-making method therefor. The structure of the flexible resin plate from top to bottom successively comprises a laser-ablated black film layer, an oxygen blocking layer, a rough surface layer with particles, a photosensitive elastomer layer, a bonding layer and a supporter; the particles in the rough surface layer are organic polymer particles, the average diameter of which is 0.5 to 15 μm; when the rough surface layer with the organic polymer particles is laminated together with the photosensitive elastomer layer, sand grains formed by the organic polymer particles are transferred to the surface of the photosensitive elastomer, forming a texture and improving the ink transfer performance of the flexible resin plate. The flexible resin plate is provided with an oxygen blocking layer to reduce the impact of oxygen on the polymerization of the photosensitive elastomer, which can form flat-top dots and improve the print resistance of the plate material.
